    • 1. How is the tax on my order calculated?

      The tax on your order is calculated according to several factors including the type of item or service purchased, the time and location of fulfillment, and the delivery address of your order.


      Due to these factors, the tax amount can change between the time you place an order and when your shipment is complete. At checkout, we provide an "Estimated Tax" amount based on current information. The final tax amount may be updated and might differ from the estimated tax when your order is completed.

    • 2. Will my Insta360 purchase incur additional bank fees?

      When placing an order with an international bank card, your bank or credit card issuer may apply an additional service fee. We recommend that you consult your bank for detailed information regarding any such charges. Please note that any service fees imposed by your bank are not included in the order value displayed on the Insta360 Store. Insta360 is not responsible for any additional service fees incurred as a result of payments made with international bank cards.

    • 3. Why am I unable to complete a payment?

      Payment failure could be caused by the settings of your credit card or payment account, such as your payment limit and available credit. If you are paying by credit card, please contact your issuing bank to see if they have deemed the transaction suspicious and blocked it from going through.

    • 4. Can I pay in installments?

      You can check whether a PayPal installment plan is available on each product page under the product price. Please read the popup carefully to confirm if you are eligible for the plan.

    • 5. Are import taxes and custom duties included in the price?

      In all countries except Brazil and Canada, import taxes and customs duties are included in the price. If you are purchasing from Brazil or Canada, please check the tax information on the checkout page.

    • 6. How do I find my country/region on the Insta360 Official Store?

      On a desktop computer, you can find and adjust your country/region in the upper right corner of the store. On a mobile device, you can find and adjust your country/region in the page footer.

    • 7. How do I use a coupon code when placing an order?

      On a desktop computer, you can add the code on the checkout page. On a mobile device, you can add the code on the order review page.
