The service is available if you have already purchased an Insta360 camera and the product is not activated or has been activated no longer than three (3) days. The service agreement will be sent to your valid email address. Please pay attention to your email inbox.
When the Insta360 Care-covered camera is returned within fifteen (15) days, the associated "Insta360 Care" can also be returned for a refund at that time. If the camera covered is not purchased through the Insta360 official store and has been activated, or the Insta360 Care service has been used within 15 days after purchase of the camera, the service cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged.
The service is non-transferable to a third party once activated.
"Insta360 Care" offers coverage for one year following activation. After your purchase of "Insta360 Care", details such as remaining coverage can be checked through [Insta360 Care] via our Service & Support page on the official website.
Cover is for the selected camera only. Products not officially released by Insta360 and collaborations are not covered.
