1. *Insta360+ is operated in the U.S. by PixelSpace Technology Pte Ltd.
2. Insta360+ subscribers with an active subscription receive priority processing and shipping. Upon unsubscribing, this benefit will be removed. Shipping and delivery times are subject to real-time factors.
3. A replacement camera is provided in cases of accidental damage under Insta360 FlexiCare for X4 or Insta360 Care for X3 and must be paired to the camera within 15 days of activating the camera.
Unsubscribing from Insta360+ will result in the immediate cancelation of your replacement camera cover. Subscribers who renew their subscription after the first year will have replacement camera cover for a second year.Learn more
Replacement camera cover is only available for models that support Insta360+. For Insta360 X4, replacement will incur a small fee, more info can be found in the
Insta360 FlexiCare Service Terms. For Insta360 X3, repair or replacement will not incur any fee.
4. Extended Warranty entitles the subscriber up to a total of 2 of years warranty cover from the date of device activation. Unsubscribing from Insta360+ within the first 12 months of subscription will invalidate the Extended Warranty, however, the regular product warranty will apply. Subscribers who renew their annual subscription after the first year can add an Extended Warranty to another applicable device if they own one.Learn more
Extended Warranty is only available for models that support Insta360+, which is currently Insta360 X4 and X3. If there are any revisions to this, the compatibility list will be updated.

5. Subscribers must log in to their Insta360 account to enjoy Insta360+ benefits and features, which cannot be accessed by visitors without an account. An Insta360+ subscription is for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred. Learn more
Please maintain account security. You are responsible for all activities conducted via your account. If your account is accessed by someone else or you believe there's a security issue, please notify us immediately. Violating these regulations may lead to restricted services or account closure.
6. An Insta360+ subscription is not refundable once it has been used. This includes but is not limited to: binding a FlexiCare or Extended Warranty policy (provided under the Insta360+ subscription) to the camera or syncing any footage to the cloud.
