1. Additional bank handling fees, should they occur, are to be borne by the remitter.

2. The remittance amount that we receive should be equal to the amount stated in your order and in the same currency as your original order. If the transfer currency differs from the order currency, your purchase may not be confirmed. You will also need to contact your bank to cancel the transfer.

3. Insta360 Store order number must be noted on the transfer memo. Wire transfer receipt must be attached by email to ensure proper application of the funds to your order.

4. Please allow 3-5 business days for your payment to be received.
